1. Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) apply to all purchases made through our online store WilderPixel(hereinafter referred to as "Provider"). By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms.

2. Subject Matter of the Contract
The Provider sells digital products. Delivery is exclusively digital via download.

3. Conclusion of Contract
The products presented in the online shop do not constitute a legally binding offer but serve as an invitation to submit an offer. The purchase contract is concluded once the customer completes the order and receives a confirmation email.

4. Prices & Payment
All prices are final prices (including VAT, if applicable). Payment is made via the available payment methods in the shop.

5. Delivery & Download
After successful payment, the customer receives immediate access to download the purchased digital products.

6. No Right of Withdrawal
According to § 356 (5) BGB, there is no right of withdrawal for digital content that is not delivered on a physical medium once the customer has expressly agreed to the commencement of execution.

7. Copyright & Usage
All products are copyright-protected. The purchase grants personal and commercial use of the presets, but redistribution, resale, modification, or distribution is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability
The Provider is not liable for any damages resulting from the use of the products unless caused by intent or gross negligence.

9. Final Provisions
The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply. The place of jurisdiction, where permissible, is the registered office of the Provider.
