Shipping policy

1. Delivery Method
All products in the WilderPixel shop are digital products and are delivered electronically via email and as an instant download.

2. Delivery Time
After successful payment, the customer will receive an order confirmation email containing the download link. The download is usually available immediately. If the email does not arrive within a few minutes, please check the spam folder or contact us at hello@wilderpixel.com.

3. Shipping Costs
As all products are digital, no shipping costs apply.

4. Technical Requirements
The customer is responsible for ensuring they have the necessary software (e.g., Adobe Lightroom) to use the presets. Compatibility details can be found in each product description.
