Refund policy

1. No Right of Withdrawal for Digital Products
According to § 356 (5) BGB, the customer has no right of withdrawal once they have expressly agreed that the digital content will be available for immediate download and have acknowledged that this waives their right of withdrawal.

2. Customer Agreement
By purchasing, the customer explicitly agrees that the digital product is delivered immediately after checkout. Since this is a non-physical product, the purchase cannot be revoked or returned.
